if the jovians will be released as a race you can choose to be, i think it should be only avaliable to those players who have played after a certain amount of time. becoming a jovian should be avaliable to those who have played EVE after maybe a 8...

I like the idea of small amounts of high end ore propping up in safer systems. tho i'd like to see it implemented by shivas new environments, such as comets. comets could have easily flown through a 0.0 and collected some bistot etc and brought it...
